The End Of An Era

Sadly, the Llewellyn Alexander Gallery, home of the Society’s annual show for many years, is closing it’s doors in February.  It will be very sadly missed on the London art scene.

After 31 years Jillian and Ernest are taking a very well deserved retirement. The Llewellyn Alexander was a very friendly and welcoming gallery, always putting on an excellent show. We have had 22 wonderful years with them. Jillian, Ernest and the staff have become great friends and we will miss them. We wish Jillian and Ernest a very happy retirement together and the staff good luck for the future. We thank them for all the good memories.

The S.O.F.A. committee are currently looking at new venues for the annual show as well as exploring exciting new opportunities for our members in 2018 and beyond.
Stay tuned!
