London Show 2019 Private View and Photos

Our 25th London show opened its doors on Monday the 9th of September in a new venue for us. This year we are collaborating with Charlfred Fine Art to host a joint exhibition at the The Royal Opera Arcade (ROA) Gallery in Pall mall, in London. Called A Natural Collaboration: A Celebration of Fine Art by Charlfred Fine Art & Society of Feline Artists.

The show looks amazing, we have three floors of wonderful art with a mixture of feline art from SOFA members and landscape, wildlife, botanical and figurative work from Charlfred Fine Art. This year SOFA invited selected non members to take part in our show. It was lovely to welcome new faces and new feline art.

We have a wider range of work with the mixed show and also a wider range of media too, with a mix of paintings, printmaking, sculpture and jewellery.

We started getting people asking to come in before we’d finished hanging and sales started immediately. We even had people who had come from Germany just to see the show and buy some art. So there were red dots before the private view on Tuesday.

The show was opened by our Patron David Grant, a great speaker who always has wonderful stories to get everyone laughing.

Then with the show officially open we all had time to see the work and enjoy a glass of champagne.

The exhibition is on until Fri 20th September 2019. Do come and see it if you are in London and maybe meet one of our artists.

If you can’t go to the show see the online catalogue here in our online gallery.
